At HERA, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. This policy explains your rights when you buy a digital guide from us, in line with French consumer law and EU regulations.

15-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on every HERA guide — longer than the 14 days required by French law (droit de rétractation). If our guides aren't the right fit for you, email us within 15 days of your purchase for a full refund.

How to request a refund

Send an email to hello@hera-wellness.com with:

• Your order number
• The email address used at checkout
• A brief reason (optional — it helps us improve)

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

Digital products — withdrawal right

Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the legal right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered instantly once the customer has expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged losing this right.

Despite this exemption, HERA voluntarily honors a 15-day refund window because we believe you should never be stuck with a guide that doesn't serve you.
