These terms govern the sale and use of digital products purchased from HERA. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. About HERA

HERA (the "Seller") publishes and sells digital wellness guides for pre-conception and pregnancy. Full company details, registration number, and VAT ID will be listed on our Legal Notice page.

2. Products

HERA guides are digital PDF files delivered by email after payment. They are informational and educational and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

3. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully authorized.

4. Delivery

You receive an email with a secure download link immediately after payment. See our Delivery Policy for details.

5. Refunds

HERA offers a 15-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All HERA guides, text, images, and design are the exclusive property of HERA. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the guides for your own use. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing is prohibited.

7. Liability

HERA content is educational and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. HERA cannot be held liable for decisions made based on the guides. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes will first be addressed amicably by contacting hello@hera-wellness.com. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
